Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. All estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by HOAX the Label.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels
HOAX the Label is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Any issues arising after dispatch must be directed to the relevant postal or courier service.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to lodge an investigation. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are lost or stolen in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. HOAX the Label is not liable for parcels that are undelivered due to incorrect address information. Re-shipping fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival. HOAX the Label is not responsible for these charges.
