We are dedicated to providing you with luxurious swimwear that meets the highest standards of quality and style. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please review our policy below for a seamless process.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for changes of mind, size adjustments, or style swaps under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odours or stains.
  • Items must be in its original condition, with all tags and hygienic liners still attached.
  • Returns on final sale items are not accepted.

Return/Exchange Process

  • Initiate your return by completing the form here 
  • Upon approval, you’ll receive an email from us containing your unique Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or faulty, and only cover the product cost — shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For eligible returns, we offer either:

- An exchange, or

- Store credit for the product price only (excluding shipping fees). Store credit can be used on any future purchase.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items that do not meet the above conditions or are returned outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
  • Ineligible returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
