Hand wash your pieces in cold water to protect the fabric’s integrity and color, and always avoid using bleach or harsh detergents that may cause damage. Do not tumble dry; instead, lay your swimwear flat to dry naturally, keeping it away from direct sunlight to preserve its quality. We also advise against ironing or wringing out your swimwear, as these actions can stretch or weaken the fibers.

Our swimwear is designed with a tighter, body-hugging fit, so sizing generally runs small. We only offer refunds if an item is delivered damaged or faulty. If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, no worries—we provide store credit for the product price (excluding shipping fees) so you can choose another piece from our collection.

We start processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery, so once an order is placed, cancellations aren’t typically possible. However, if you need assistance with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help!

We accept returns and exchanges for changes of mind, size adjustments, or style swaps under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

Time Frame: Initiate returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odours. Swimwear should be in its original condition, including all tags and hygienic liners still attached.

If you send a return parcel and the conditions specified in our returns policy are not met, here’s what typically happens:

• Inspection: Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, no odour, tags and hygienic liners intact).
• Notification: If the item does not meet these conditions, we will notify you via email. We will provide details on why the return was not accepted and any potential options for resolution.
• Rejection: If the return is rejected due to not meeting the conditions, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
• Return Shipping: As outlined in our policy, the cost of return shipping is not covered by HOAX the Label. If the item is rejected, you will need to cover the shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.

Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD and complimentary express shipping on orders over $300 AUD. For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
